Hot-dip galvanizing

is the process of coating steel with a zinc layer by passing the steel through a molten bath of zinc at a temperature of 460°C. The resulting durable protective layer has a thickness of 100 µm and offers perfect long-term anticorrosion.

For good quality of zinc coating is demanded:

  • thorough chemical pretreatment technology
  • proper zinc bath composition
  • constant galvanizing parameters
